Vegetable Salad with Nuts and Pineapple



Quick and easy way of preparing vegetable salad is here. No need to cook or bake, just slice and mix all the fresh ingredients. In just 15 minutes you already have delicious and healthy foods in your table.

Here are the ingredients and procedures  to make vegetable salad with nuts and pineapple:


200g  lettuce 

2 small size of cucumber 

3 small size of tomatoe

 1/4 cup of parsley 

pineapple chunks

50g grind nuts (almond, cashew,peanuts)

3tbps. lemon juice

4tbsp. olive oil



1. Slice the lettuce, cucumber and tomatoes in cube.

2.Put all the fresh vegetable in the mixing bowl, then add the pineapple chunks, and nuts.

3.Add the lemon juice, olive oil and salt to taste,mix all the ingredients.

4. Ready to serve.
